Wide Expanding Range: The hydraulic exhaust pipe expander provides various collets for a broad expansion range from 1-5/8" to 4-1/4". Includes: mild steel expander (1 5/8" - 1 7/8" collet, 2" - 2 1/2" chuck), and aluminum alloy expander (2 3/8"- 2 3/4" Collet, 2 3/4" - 3 1/8" collet, 3 1/8" - 3 1/2" collet, 3 1/2" - 3 7/8" collet, 3 7/8" - 4 1/4" collet).
Labor-saving Hydraulic System: This muffler pipe expander makes pipes expand by using a manual hydraulic mechanism. The hydraulic tool is designed with exquisite details, such as a 4 feet high-pressure hose and no-leakage oil cylinder. Pressure: 10 tons.
Easy to Install & Operate: Different sizes of collet need to be matched with specified collets. Details are provided in the picture. You need to assemble the expanding part with a hydraulic mechanism and insert it into the pipe.
Heavy-duty Construction: All collets are made of Aluminum alloy, ensuring rugged rigidity over an extended service life. The coated surface of the exhaust pipe expander kit provides rust resistance.
Convenient Storage: Our exhaust pipe spreader dies are packaged in a plastic box. The box with a hydraulic pump is stored in an iron box, thus providing double protection. The toolbox is portable and easy to carry.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
