Note: General operation and lifting of heavy objects should be done on the same side to ensure the best viewing angle and operational safety.
Operation of the telescopic boom: Before lifting the load, you must estimate its weight (compared to the rated load on the lifting torque) and calculate the distance from the load's descent point.
When lowering the load, operate slowly, ensure accurate landing without swaying, and be careful not to let the load hit the crane or other objects.
To improve the crane's slewing life, avoid rotating the turntable under load at high lifting torque. Ideally, retract the boom to its shortest length before rotating.
After lifting the load, avoid sudden starts and stops, as this will generate additional impact forces on the crane structure.
Note: To improve the crane's lifespan, avoid sudden forward and reverse rotation of the lifting mechanism when lifting the maximum load.
This will generate unnecessary stress and wear on the crane structure and lifting mechanism.
Requirement: The pause time between forward and reverse rotation of the lifting mechanism should be 4-6 seconds.
Note: For multi-section telescopic booms, the same handle is used to operate the boom.
Remember: 1. Turn off the engine after work.
2. After operation, check that all control handles automatically reset. If a handle is not in the neutral position, manually return it to the neutral position.
Returns Policy
